My mom called Nokia Care Center and managed to convince me that it's possible with the computer.
So I called them with a reference number to get instructions, the lady told me that all I have to do is download their PC suit and transfer all files using File Manager application.
DENIED.
So I called again and got another operator. His voice was dull mono-toned, talks very slow and ultimately slow in processing the information I was shooting. One of the different kinds of people I hate are the ones who speak slowly. After 10 minutes of explaining my situation over and over again and correcting his misinterpreted understanding. He says, "Oh if it's a pre-set data then it cannot be copied."
I faced the dilemma of hanging up the phone or start making fun of his and Nokia's stupidity.
That's it.
Cheryl: "SO YOU'RE TELLING ME I WASTED 15 MINUTES EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO YOU AND I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT?! It is not fair that you include a crummy amount of memory space in our set-box. We then buy a third party card and you cannot transfer the so-called 'Copyright's into our new card that we bought out of no other choice because you give pathetic memory space when we indirectly paid for it!"
Operator: "Mdm, you can buy the 2GB Nokia card from our care centers."
Cheryl: "Which idiot uses a 2GB card for a phone. You think all your consumers are twits who use phones as MP3 players is it? My father is a business man and he needs that bit more memory that's all. But no, you all only offer 64MB and fucking 2GB cards! It's not sensible to fork out money externally for your stupid tones, that we had already paid for. It's only because my father happens to like it."
Operator: "I'm very sorry Mdm, but that is the copyright."
At this point I'm frustrated at the fact he doesn't understand simple economic science that you don't have to study for.
Cheryl: "I UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF COPYRIGHT. But is it even possible that I bring down my father's card to your center and you pre-set the data into the new card? You can lock the data or whatever to ensure we do not distribute your precious copyrights."
Operator: "We do not have that service."
Cheryl: "Yarh precisely my point. Nokia doesn't bother about his consumers is it? We paid for your tones, themes and games. WHY CAN'T I HAVE IT?! Forget it."
Hung up and I said all this with my parents in my room. This is the first time I've showed so much red to an operator. I began to think, oh my God, the 1st operator doesn't understand me neither, is it very hard for people to understand what I say on the phone? My parents are at 3 and 4 generations before me and they can understand me perfectly or is the X generation just simply stupid?!
Then I said, "I think stupid people rule the earth, I want to sodomise him with a vibrating Nokia phone set to his most hated pre-set ringtone right now."
After that I apologized to my dad but he just laughed at how I handled the situation, pat me on the head and thanked me.
My mother still amazed hugged me and said how much I've grown up to become like her.
"Ma, you've gone schizophrenic?"
