Weak Overrule

When we were young everyone who was diagnosed with depression or some other mild mental illness is deemed crazy. Now it's a "oh so does my aunt." Maybe society is so obsessed with being depressed because the media is labeling it as a norm. I don't hear any drop in the amount of depressed kids (adults included). In Singapore there are at least 3000 new cases every year, now we shan't take about the numbers USA compares with us.

Has the human society really become so weak?
So maybe we face harder challenges now, why aren't we able to adapt to them any more. Have we become so in complacent to be unable to accept failures and then too shameless that all we ever want to do is whine and have someone else take care of us.

All of the sudden survival of the fittest, the fittest are the weakest; who's only and most powerful threat is emotional black-mail to relationships. The core of existence.
All of a sudden no one's afraid to be delusional.

Maybe we need happy pills to calm a heart and cool down but what's the point of relying on it. But how come no one realizes it doesn't make your pain go away. Maybe that's the reason for the growing number of emo-kiddos as well.
Studies show connections of how depression affects how the brain works but is it really a virus/illness/disease plaguing the world?
I think it's weakness.

NO it doesn't show how mature, how much you've been working nor does it show how much you've been through.
Self pitying poor sweet clueless idiots.

The young who are like that should just get over it and have the guts to kill themselves finally, have have time and so much space to change. Forgive the old, the hormones screw you when you're older.

The growing popularity of anti-depressants, the greatest percentage profits must be from them other than the usual common cold fighters.
The smartest are the pharmacists.
