Twilight is a young adult vampire novel written by author Stephenie Meyer, originally published in hard cover in 2005. It is the genesis of the Twilight series, and introduces seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan who moves from Phoenix, Arizona to Forks, Washington and finds her life in danger when she falls in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen.

I finished Twilight in 2 days, I borrowed it from Jeannette or rather had it shoved into me after my bestfriend kept insisting that it was an amazing book for the whole time she was at my place last week.

I mean it sounds like a mediocre storyline, I never liked stories of Vampires considering that you always seemed to get the same drift unless of course it was inspired by history.
However I was intrigued by this novel, the story was still mediocre but the character development was timeless.
The dialogues and scenes gave so many ways to explore the character.
It could use some titillating scenes though because frankly, every good love story should have some erotic essence in it.

Honestly the novel made me want to fall in love again, well it convinced me that maybe I should try a vampire too.
