Each of us had our own fair share of problems to settle and errands to run from one end of the island to the other. In the rain or shine - ponchos or sun glasses, we come home each day drenched in our own sweat and (at times) blood.
Where it was good, it was good and where it was bad, turned into a nightmare. Names have been thrown around and at many times without a reason in vain. I am proud though that such a small team of people made something this big happen - something bigger than our bodies.
I've learned to handle people - the different types, you wouldn't even have patience for on a normal basis. I've made new friends and connections.
Most of all, for once; I'm able to stop doubting myself over a matter that has previously been haunting me. For once, I have 'that' confidence.
